Flags

1. One flag, either American or decorative, is permitted to hang on the front of any unit.
2. In-ground flagpoles are not permitted.
3. Holiday decorative flags must be removed within 30 days of the holiday.
4. Recommendations for flying the American Flag:
   • It is the usual custom to fly the flag from sunrise to sunset.  The flag may be flown at night, but should be appropriately illuminated.
   • When displayed either horizontally or vertically against a wall, the union should be uppermost and to the flag’s own right (to the observer’s left).
   • No other flag or pennant should be placed above or on the same level.
