Fences will be permitted subject to the following conditions:
- All fences will be board-on-board, wood fences and require Architectural Committee approval before installation.
- Fencing and posts must be 5’ in height for a maximum of 10’ from the building. (See diagram on reverse side) Boards will be 5¾” to 6” in width.
- Fences will not be painted or stained; they will be left unfinished and allowed to weather.
- Fences must be set in a minimum of 2’ from the rear property line. Homeowners are responsible for the maintenance of the grounds beyond the fence to the rear property line.
- Gates are allowed.
- Finials are not permitted
- No fence will obstruct sight lines of vehicular traffic.
- The owners of those 5 properties whose addresses are:
- 691 Danbury Court
- 692 Danbury Court
- 693 Danbury Court
- 694 Danbury Court
- 695 Danbury Court
must maintain the picket fences in the front yards of those properties and board-on-board fences in the rear yards with white paint only.
