Committees

We have the following standing committees that report to the Board of Directors:

  • Audit – Supervises the annual audit and approves the annual budget and balance sheet statement prior to presentation at the regular annual meeting in June.
  • Arbitration – Reviews any member objections or challenges as specified in writing following the process outlined in our Association by-laws; schedules necessary hearings, and notifies owners of decisions.
  • Architectural Review – Reviews all plans, drawings, and specifications of exterior additions, changes, or alterations.
  • Communications – Manages the newsletter, social media page, and welcome committee efforts.
  • Maintenance – Advises on all matters pertaining to the maintenance and repair or improvement of our shared facilities, including landscaping.
