Window & Door Replacement

  1. All window and door replacement requires Architectural Committee approval.
  2. All replacement doors and windows must be of the same type, style, and color of those being replaced and must exhibit the same exterior appearance as that being replaced.
  3. The glass area must be of the same size as existing doors and windows.  Please include measurements with you Architectural Committee Request Form.
  4. Only clear glass is permitted.  No jalousie or louvered window openings are permitted.
  5. Storm/Screen Door and Sliding Glass Door Replacement policies must be followed.
  6. Skylights have been permitted, but exterior colors must match the roof color.
