Signs

1. No sign of any kind shall be placed on any Common Ground facilities, except those specifically approved by the Association.
2. Temporary signage for delivery service i.e. UPS, FedEx, bottles water, etc. are permitted in windows of individual units.
3. Safety and security signs are permitted on unit windows only.
4. A sold/rental real estate sign may not remain on a property for more than one month after it is first posted or from the signing of the agreement, whichever is first.  In no case may it remain beyond the settlement date.  (See Resale Regulations herein)
5. Open house signs are permitted on the unit property only and must be removed within two (2) hours of the close of the open house.
