Exterior Lighting

  1. All Exterior Lighting must be maintained in proper working order.
  2. Only clear, white or yellow-bug light bulbs are permitted.
  3. 30-volt, heavy-duty or professional/work grade bulbs are recommended for longer life.
  4. Energy efficient, super-long life bulbs are recommended.  These bulbs use less electricity to produce brighter light and are designed to last longer in extreme temperatures makes them cost efficient.
  5. Replacement fixtures must be of similar size, type and function of existing fixtures.
  6. Low-voltage landscaping lights are permitted.
  7. All holiday lighting and decorations must be removed within 30 days of the holiday.
  8. Floodlights and any exterior lighting may not be placed in such a way as to interfere or disturb neighbors.
