- An Architectural Committee approval is required for roof replacement.
- Roof replacement requires Township Permits and inspection, which are the responsibility of the homeowner.
- Approval from the Architectural Committee does not waive the need for Township permits, and vice versa. Both the committee approval, and Township Permit, must be obtained prior to beginning any work.
- The Township requires all roof replacements in our community to include replacement of sub-roofing with approved fire-retardant materials.
- Any damage to asphalt or any common ground from construction equipment or by homeowners or their contractors must be repaired at the expense of the homeowner.
- There is one type of approved shingle for each section of our neighborhood:
Raintree (Atwood, Milford, and Windham Courts)
Approved Shingle: GAF Timberline Series – Hickory – 3 tab or dimensional|Windermere (Danbury, Rumford, and Trumbull Courts)
Approved Shingle: GAF Timberline Series – Shakewood – 3 tab or dimensional
