Leasing Your Home
- All leases must be for a period of one year. All leases must be in writing
- All leases must be forwarded to the Association within thirty (30) days of execution, and must include verbiage that the tenant has received and will abide to the Rules and Regulations of the Association.
- It is the Owner’s responsibility to furnish to the Lessee a copy of the Raintree Rules & Regulations and ensure their compliance.
- No unit may be leased to a company or organization for the purposes of transient residents.
Selling Your Home
The Association, in cooperation with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, has established the following procedure to be followed by any unit owner who sells their unit. Upon signing an agreement of sale, the unit owner shall forward to the Association the following:
- A fully-executed copy of the agreement of sale, including the date of settlement
- Name and address of the mortgage company
- An owner re-sale document fee payable to the Management company.
When the Association has received the information requested, the Association will forward to the buyer within then (10) days of request, a complete re-sale package for their information and consideration.
A reminder that only one “for sale” sign is permitted on a home, and must be placed in the window (not outside on the lawn). Open house signs are permitted on the home’s property only, the day of the open house, and must be removed within two (2) hours of the close of the open house.
